Our services and rates
We understand that leaving your beloved pet in someone else’s care can be a difficult and emotional decision. That is why we are committed to providing professional, compassionate care tailored to your pet’s unique needs, including their behavioural traits, medical requirements, and background history. Our experienced team takes the time to understand each animal as an individual, ensuring they feel secure, supported, and well cared for in your absence.
We believe in building trust from the very beginning, which is why our Meet and Greets are offered free of charge. This gives you the opportunity to meet our team, ask any questions, and observe how we interact with your pet, without any obligation to book. There is never any pressure following the initial meeting, as we want every client to feel confident, comfortable, and at ease with their decision.
During bookings, we provide round-the-clock care while closely following your pet’s usual routine, helping to maintain a sense of stability and familiarity. This approach is especially beneficial for pets who are reactive, experience severe separation anxiety (SSA), require strict medication schedules, or are living with complex conditions such as IVDD. Our team is fully trained and experienced in handling these needs with the utmost professionalism and care.
Please note that we strictly adhere to your veterinarian’s recommendations as well as instructions from other relevant professionals, including behaviourists, physiotherapists, and specialists. We develop a tailored care plan for your pet during your holiday period, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with expert advice. Additionally, we follow all relevant legislation and DEFRA Codes of Practice to uphold your pet’s welfare to the highest standards of care, safety, and professional compliance.
To provide further reassurance, we offer 24-hour customer service, so you can contact us anytime for updates or to discuss your pet’s care.
Please note our pricing reflects the high standard of one-on-one attention, expert knowledge, and compassionate service that your pet will receive throughout the duration of their stay.
